[December 2, 2024] SIS 2024 Fast Track Update
The deadlines for the submission of the manuscripts to the SIS 2024 fast track of the Statistical Methods and Applications (SMAP) journal are updated according to the following schedule:
- Submission deadline: 20 December 2024
- Preliminary Selection of submitted manuscripts: 15 January 2025
- Reviewer’s reports: February 2025
- Revised paper submission: April 2025
- Decision-Acceptance/ Rejection: June 2025
The authors should specify: “The paper has been presented at SIS 2024 Scientific Meeting” in the Comments section of the submission process.
[July 1, 2024] Fast tracks SIS 2024
The authors of the short papers presented at the SIS 2024 Scientific Meeting are invited to submit an extended version for possible publication in two International Journals. The program committee has planned:
- A fast track procedure for 8 selected manuscripts in the Statistical Methods and Applications (SMAP) journal. The authors should specify: “The paper has been presented at SIS 2024 Scientific Meeting” in the Comments section of the submission process.
- A collection of papers in the Environmental and Ecological Statistics (EEST) journal. The authors should specify: “The paper has been presented at SIS 2024 Scientific Meeting” in the cover letter, during the submission process.
Here are the scheduled deadlines:
- Open Manuscript submission: October 2024
- Submission deadline: November 2024
- Preliminary Selection of submitted manuscripts (SMAP): December 2024
- Reviewer’s reports: February 2025
- Revised paper submission: April 2025
- Decision-Acceptance/ Rejection: June 2025
[April 27, 2024] The deadline to submit the final version of accepted short papers is April 28, 2024.
[February 26, 2024] The deadline for the paper submission is extended to March 07, 2024.
