Submission Guidelines

All authors are invited to submit an original short paper to the Scientific Program Committee, with a page limit ranging from 4 to 6 pages (including tables, figures and references) by February 29, 2024. Short papers, including an abstract no longer than 200 words, must contain a description of the substantive problem and the analyzed data, as well as the proposed techniques and models. They are also required to incorporate a concise statement of the main results and conclusions, along with the most relevant references.

Short papers must be written in English and prepared according to the Springer’s proceedings templates. Both LaTeX and MS Word inputs can be used to prepare manuscripts.

Authors are required to register and create an account at easychair.org before the submission. Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format via the submission link. Every author should select only one track for each submission.

Papers received by the deadline will be peer-reviewed, and notification of acceptance will be issued by April 7, 2023. All submissions, except invited talks, are subject to a blind refereeing process.

After acceptance, short papers will be included in the program and will be published in the pre-conference proceedings book by Springer Nature. At least one conference registration and its corresponding payment is required for each accepted paper to be presented at the conference.
